How to make
Product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery to the buyer. Returned products must be in new, intact condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject worn or damaged goods.

Product returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date to the buyer. Returned products must be in a new, unaltered condition, with attached tags. We reserve the right to reject used or damaged goods.
2. Send the parcel

The cost of return postage is to be borne by the buyer. We do not accept parcels sent COD or to a collection point (parcel machine, DPD Pick Up, etc.). We discourage shipping via the Polish Postal Service - shipping via the Polish Postal Service is at your own risk.
3. Wait for reimbursement
Refunds are made within 14 days of acceptance of the goods by MEDHOODIE.
The refund is made by bank transfer to the account number from which the order was paid via the PayU service or to another account number indicated on the form (necessary in the case of cash on delivery).
How to make

I. Check if the product you want to exchange the goods for is available. If the product is available write us a message to reserve the goods. If the product is not currently available, an exchange may take a little longer, email us at: store@medhoodie.eu to find out when you can expect a possible exchange.
II. Download the exchange form. Print and then complete the form and enclose it with the package with the returned products. Check that you have completed all the fields.

3. wait for the package with the listed products
Once your parcel has been received at our branch, we re-verify the availability of the products and complete your order.
Once your order is complete, we send it back to you at our expense.

In your e-mail describe the product defect, state the date when the defect was found and attach a photo.
